We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, right in the heart of the city and close to all the attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Our room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. We also appreciated the various services offered, like room service and airport shuttle. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the city.

The staff was brilliant and the location was EXCEPTIONAL - altogether an excellent experience. The bedroom was comfortable, loved it. Near a port, walking distance to shopping centers and a bazaar. Again, it was 1 mile from Railway Museum.

I had a great stay at a centrally-located hotel with comfortable and quiet rooms. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was within walking distance to main attractions, very near the tram station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants to choose from.

We had an amazing stay at this centrally-located hotel. The staff, including Mehmet, Suha, Humay, Asma. The room was clean and the daily housekeeping service was excellent. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the interior of the hotel had a charming, old vibe. Our room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The washroom was clean, and they even helped us with laundry. We felt safe and well taken care of by the staff, who made our experience feel like being with family. The location is perfect for exploring the main tourist attractions, with short walking distances to landmarks such as Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Spice Bazaar, and more. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. We highly recommend this hotel for its location, friendly staff, and overall comfortable experience.

The staff at Meserret Palace Hotel were really nice too help me with transportation. They helped me find the best way to get around and even arranged for a taxi to take me to the airport.
